"There was a piano in my house so that was kind of the default instrument for me and I am now very thankful that it was. I just started playing around at home. I always loved the blues. My mom used to play these old jazz tunes; Duke Ellington tunes and old Henry Mancini tunes, so that was my first experience with music. My parents only listened to classical music.
